During Your Pet’s Grooming Session
- Ensure your provided contact number is reachable for updates on your pet.
- Confirm all selected services beforehand. Any add-ons or changes on the grooming day are subject to groomer availability.
- Please refrain from going in and out of the salon during your dog’s grooming session, as this may distract your pet and pose safety risks. Grooming tools and scissors are sharp, and sudden movements or excitement can be dangerous for both your pet and our groomers.
- If you’d like to stay, you’re welcome to wait quietly outside where your dog cannot see you. Don’t worry, our salon features full glass panels so you can still observe from a safe distance!
- In the event that pets becomes overly excited upon seeing their owner, we reserve the right to postpone the grooming session if we deem it unsafe to continue. Excessive excitement and sudden movements poses a high risk for both your pet and our groomers.
Salon Pick-Up
- The groomer will provide an estimated completion time.
- You will receive a WhatsApp notification 15–30 minutes before completion.
- A 1-hour grace period applies. After that, daycare charges of $10 per hour apply.
- 6pm pickups: No grace period. Pick-ups after 6pm incur $10 every 5 minutes.
Payment
Payment Policy
- Payment must be completed after the grooming session and before your pet goes home. Payment instructions will be sent via WhatsApp during the session.
- A 20% late payment fee applies for payments not made on the same day.
